The driver, Sean J. Pope, 32 of St. Leonard, appeared to be extremely nervous when TFC Palumbo approached the vehicle. A K-9 scan of the vehicle yielded a positive alert. A probable cause search revealed both Heroin and Oxycodone.

Upper Marlboro, MD — Maryland State Police report that they arrested an impaired driver, later identified as a Howard County Police Officer, who left the scene of a crash that injured another in Prince George’s County on Oct. 7, 2015. Howard County’s Police Chief announced afterwards that he has suspended the officer.

DWI Hit Parade: Samuel E. Pu Tzoy charged with DUI after hit and run caused triple rollover, crash into cop car and stop sign blast

Pu Tzoy was taken into custody without further incident and transported back to Troop 7 where he was charged by troopers with Vehicular Assault 1st, Leaving the Scene of a Collision Resulting in Injury, Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign, Driving without a Valid License, and various other traffic related charges. Lewes Police Department also charged Pu Tzoy with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Disregarding a Police Officer’s Signal, Reckless Driving, and other traffic offenses.

Delaware State Police Beat: Stroll in middle of U.S. 13 at 2 am proved fatal when man was killed by DUI hit and run driver

A DUI investigation then ensued at which time Shawn Russell was arrested and charged by troopers with DUI, Leaving the Scene of a Fatal Motor Vehicle Crash, Failure to Report an Accident, and No Proof of Motor Vehicle Insurance. Arraignment information for Russell is not available at this time.

DUI driver weaved and bobbed his way down Rt. 50 into side of trooper’s cruiser

ANNAPOLIS, MD.- Oct.4, 2015 — A driver with a record of many traffic, burglary, and drug arrests was charged with DUI and other traffic and criminal charges is under arrest again on Oct. 4, 2015 after he drove his car into the side of the patrol car of the Maryland state trooper attempting to stop him just west of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge on Rt. 50 in Anne Arundel County
