Officers responded to a report of a crashed car with no driver in it. They located a man in a nearby apartment complex, who attempted to run from them.

Lindsay Leanne Carter, intentionally struck Ball’s vehicle. The two vehicles had been racing north on Rt. 4 prior to Carter deciding to make contact with Ball’s vehicle.
The driver was identified as Hamid Jalloh. Deputy Galyen observed a strong odor of alcohol coming from Hamid. A field sobriety test was conducted, and a bag of marijuana was located in the vehicle.
Once he was back inside his vehicle, the driver placed his car in reverse and accelerated quickly slamming into the front of the Tahoe. He then drove away. The rear bumper of the Saturn remained attached to the Chevy Tahoe.
