EASTON, MD. — Easton Police report that one driver had too much Christmas Cheer and failed to either have a designated driver or call a cab.

Police report that on December 22, 2014 Bonnie Kay Williams, 25, of Stevensville, MD was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence per se and driving while impaired by alcohol.

An officer was stopped at a red signal behind a 2003 Hyundai on Ocean Gateway and Chapel Road. When the light turned green, the Hyundai did not move. The officer then tapped on his horn to get the drivers attention and the vehicle still did not move

(STEVENSVILLE, MD) – The police have done their job and removed Brandon Borradaile from a home that he allegedly burglarized, after a nine-hour standoff. They are also investigating a string of crimes he may have committed. What his family, friends and business associates may be wondering is what set this young man who seemed to be enjoying his new job off on a path of destruction? The key might be in a court date he had pending for March in which he possibly would be jailed for violation of probation and with that outcome, perhaps the loss of his job. The victims of his crimes can’t be too happy to have their homes invaded or auto stolen either so the only winners here are the criminal and his family. The police should be congratulated on handling a volatile situation in a professional manner and with no harm to either the suspect or any of the officers.

Maryland State Police report that they successfully apprehended an Ocean City man after he refused to come out of a residence he was attempting to burglarize in Queen Anne’s County on Dec. 22, 2014.

The man is identified as Brandon Ross Borradaile, 25, of 9747 Golf Course Road in Ocean City, Maryland. Borradaile was charged with first and third degree burglary and malicious destruction of property. He is being held at the Centreville Barrack for processing and was transported to the Queen Anne’s County Court Commissioner’s Office for an initial appearance.

Spotsylvania Police Beat: Cops bet Subway bandit is good for slew of robberies across Virginia – Cosner’s Corner, Va. – Spotsylvania Sheriff Roger L. Harris reports that detectives have arrested a man for robbery who may be a suspect in many more robberies of stores across Virginia.

On December 13th patrol deputies responded to the Subway at Cosner’s Corner for a report of a robbery in progress where two armed subjects entered the business demanding money. The robbers fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money prior to the arrival of law enforcement.

Baltimore gang member executed two NYPD police officers after shooting his girlfriend in Md.

Brinsley is believed to be a member of a Baltimore gang, Black Gorilla Family, sources said. The gang has vowed retribution for the deaths of Garner and Brown. Garner died after being put in a chokehold by NYPD Officer Daniel Pantaleo on July 17 on Staten Island. Brown, who was unarmed, was shot dead by Ferguson, Mo. cop Darren Wilson on Aug. 9th. Neither cop was indicted by grand juries, sparking national protests.

Northern Virginia Police Beat: Stafford deputies discovered meth labs when probing shooting

STAFFORD, VA. — An apparent falling out between men participating in an alleged criminal enterprise resulted in a shooting in October. A police investigation into those involved in the shooting led to search warrant raids and the discovery of meth labs.

The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of Joshua Wallace, 39, currently incarcerated at the Rappahannock Regional Jail, Bradford Burchett, 37 of 943 Ficklin Drive, Stafford and Mariah Harrington, 44, of 943 Ficklin Drive, Stafford.

WALDORF, MD. — Charles County Sheriff Troy Berry reports that on Dec. 5 at 4:46 p.m., officers assigned to the CCSO Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at Aces High Tattoo Parlor in the 11700 block of Central Avenue in Waldorf after receiving information about drug sales at the shop. Through further investigation, detectives found $6,000 of suspected heroin, $1,200 worth of suspected marijuana, prescription medications, drug distribution paraphernalia, and a 12 gauge shotgun.

Detectives received information regarding a fraudulent prescription for Promethazine-Codeine in the name of “Victoria Myles” which was passed at a local pharmacy. Promethazine-Codeine is mixed with soda and is known on the street as “Purple Drank”. Detectives arrested Corey Richard Benford (Age 29 of Bowie, MD) for “Obtaining a Prescription by Fraud”. Suspect Benford is under investigation in other jurisdictions for the same criminal offenses. This investigation continues and additional charges are expected.
