The preliminary investigation reveals the motive was robbery. Serrano was arrested shortly after the homicide in a nearby apartment building. HUNTINGTOWN, MD. — Driving while smoking dope is, well, dopey. This alleged doper had a car full of pot smoke when a trooper stopped him for dopey driving. Police say that on 3/26/15 @ 5:50 pm, Trooper First Class Newcomer stopped a vehicle on Cox Rd. near Joy Lee Dr. in Huntingtown for traffic violations. A strong odor of marijuana was emitting from inside the vehicle. The driver, Kevin D. Sauer, 20 of Crofton, was arrested for possession over 10 grams of marijuana.

Both suspects go through drawers inside in an attempt to steal keys to vehicles on the lot. The suspects then fled the business without obtaining any property. Anyone with information on the suspects is asked to contact detective Dutton of the Western District at 410-222-6155.
HUNTINGTON, VA. — Its not real clear what it takes for Fairfax Police to figure out what is a threat to public safety if four black guys with a gun who just popped a round or two into a guy and killed him DEAD is not a threat to public safety. But that is modern society of the lawless and criminals marauding over the countryside at will.
The suspect is described as a black male. He was 6’01”-6’02” tall and was last seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt and had a mask covering his face. There is no further physical or clothing description available. No video surveillance photos are available at this time.
Police received a report that a 15- year-old juvenile male was in possession of a handgun and had shown it to other juveniles and then discarded it.
The complainant provided a description of three subjects and their vehicle. The vehicle, a Mercury Grand Marquis, was observed pulling into the Shell Gas Station in the 2500 block of Riva Road. Officers made contact with the occupants, at which time they observed individually packaged baggies of heroin on the front passenger floor board. A total of 38 baggies containing 30.6 grams of heroin valued at $3,674 along with $2,987 in U.S. currency. All three occupants were taken into custody and charged with Possession of CDS and Possession with Intent to Distribute. Carroll and Cornish were also served with open warrants
