The Fruitland Police Department received information regarding a possible burial site located in the 100 block of South Division Street in Fruitland, Maryland.
Judge Simpson sentenced Sewell to a term of three (3) years incarceration, which he suspended in full in favor of three (3) years of probation, and imposed a fine of $1,000.00.
During their exodus from the Locust Point community, the suspects fired several additional rounds at two neighbors who saw the Ford Escape parked nearby and attempted to stop them from fleeing.

Also arrested was 19-year-old Rayquel Jones of the 5800 block of Belair Road. Recovered from Jones was a loaded .32 caliber handgun.

The investigation indicated a 2008 Ford Explorer had run into the rear of a 2007 Mercedes S550. The Mercedes had been stopped at the traffic light.
