Murder USA: Cops charge Caleb Ochse and Christopher Kendall in murder of Justin Daniel Cancelliere

(August 25, 2014) – According to Ocean City Maryland Police, on August 24, 2014, at approximately 3:12 a.m. Ocean City police were dispatched to area of 109 North Atlantic Avenue to assist Ocean City EMS, for a victim of an assault that had already occurred. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male that was unconscious and unresponsive in the parking lot of an area hotel.

First responders from the Ocean City Police and Fire Departments initiated emergency lifesaving procedures on the victim and transported him to Atlantic General Hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased. The victim has been identified as Justin Daniel Cancelliere, 37, North Whitehall, PA.

Ditoto initiated a traffic stop on a silver truck on St. John’s Road and Narrow Way for a minor traffic infraction, but it turned out that the motorist is popular with locals in the underworld of narcotics and those who investigate them. The driver, Jake Allen Clark, 24, of Lexington Park, was placed under arrest for three open warrants through St. Mary’s County. A search incident to arrest revealed suspected CDS and paraphernalia. Mr. Clark was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with CDS Possession – Marijuana, CDS Possession – Paraphernalia, CDS Possession – Not Marijuana, and CDS: Poss w/ Intent to Distribute. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

St. Mary’s Sheriff Tim Cameron reports that the long arm of the law caught up with two miscreants who are now on the fast track to prison unless they get lenient treatment from one of Maryland’s many liberal judges. The two clowns caught robbing Checkers located on Rt. 235 in California, were wearing masks when found by deputies inside the burger joint. The masks were clearly intended for the benefit of the security cameras as the popular burger and shake establishment was closed and there were no employees around to notice the format of their faces.

The calendar is closing in fast on this year’s election and Fritz has yet to indict Shane Mattingly for anything, but there is still time!

Stationary Traffic Safety Unit officers recorded the vehicle to be traveling at a steady speed of 98 mph in the area of 65th Street. Shortly after, the vehicle failed to control its speed and collided with a condominium building in the area of Coastal Highway and 72nd Street. The vehicle crashed into and destroyed electrical meters and an electrical box causing electrical fluid to saturate northbound Coastal Highway.

The collision caused northbound traffic to be rerouted to a single southbound lane for more than four hours as Ocean City Public Works and electrical crews worked to clean up the fluid spill and restore power to the building

According to court records, on March 26, 2014, the FBI was alerted that the Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Office had received a tip that a juvenile female allegedly was engaged in prostitution for a pimp known as “Midas,” later identified as Cooley. In the early morning hours of March 26, law enforcement located the juvenile in a hotel room in Dumfries, Virginia. During a subsequent interview, the juvenile revealed that she had run away from her home in North Carolina and had been recruited initially by a pimp in Charlotte to engage in prostitution. After two weeks of working for the Charlotte pimp, the juvenile allegedly was transported by Cooley to Fredericksburg, Virginia to engage in further prostitution.

In addition, the Patels were provided with housing and transportation, making their total salary and benefits between $70,000 and $120,000. The value of the housing and transportation benefits were not disclosed on the Patels’ income tax returns.

In addition, on June 28, July 16 and August 10, 2010, Whitehead submitted duplicate charges to a government credit card that the Department of Homeland Security had provided to her to pay for goods provided pursuant to a government contract. The resulting loss to the federal government was $39,983.16.
