ANNAPOLIS, MD. It is really too funny. The Maryland General Assembly must have had been in too big of a rush when they passed the decriminalization of small amounts of pot this past session. As officers and detectives were arriving on the scene, they observed two suspects fleeing from the front entrance to the store. Both suspects appeared to have been trying to conceal their identities with different clothing. The two suspects then attempted to enter a nearby waiting vehicle occupied by two other suspects. At that time, officers were able detain the suspects.
Maryland State police report that they are investigating a crash which claimed the life of a male driver late this morning, after the vehicle he was driving went over the bridge embankment and landed in the park below.
The deceased is not being identified at this time pending positive identification from the medical examiner’s office and notification of next of kin. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency medical personnel.

Authorities charged Darrius Roszario D. Washington, 20, and Janaya B. Person-Robinson, 19, both of Baltimore, in the bank robbery. They were indicted in federal court this month and also face charges in Baltimore County.
