BUNGLING BOZOS OF THE METRO POLICE

METRO Police ask the public to help them identify the three black males who carjacked a citizen at Metro parking garage but refused to release digital video footage on the assumption that the crooks might be juveniles

THE DISTRICT:  Just in case anyone has any doubt about how the politically correct leadership of the Metro Police put the protection of criminals over that of the public, simply read this verbatim press release regarding the carjacking of a citizen at the Southern Avenue Metrorail Station that took place on Sept. 14, 2017. The Metro Police reported on the carjacking and admit that the digital video footage of the crime taking place shows the identity of the culprits. Instead of releasing the video of the crime and allowing the public to assist the police in identifying the criminals, the police assume that the crooks are juveniles and therefore the protection mechanism kicks in on their assumption of the age of the miscreants. Metro can’t run a subway system and are powerless to provide basic security to the public.

Three persons of interest – all of whom are believed to be juveniles – were captured on Metro’s digital surveillance cameras. One is described as having a stocky build and was wearing a maroon hoodie. The second male with a thin build was wearing a sleeveless black hoodie over a red or maroon t-shirt and khaki-colored pants.
