<h2>MURDER USA: Frankenstein has a brother, Sedric Catchings, and he is charged with murder</h2>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">BALTIMORE CITY, MD. Baltimore Police report that a 28-year-old homicide suspect has been charged with a murder that took place in April.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">On April 11, 2016, 28-year-old Larelle Wallace of the 1300 block of Lafayette Avenue was shot and killed in the 1500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Homicide detectives responded out and assumed control of the investigation.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">After a lengthy investigation, detectives were able to identify a suspect and ultimately obtained an arrest warrant.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">On June 17, 2017, detectives from the Warrant Apprehension Task Force arrested 28-year-old Sedric “Frankenstein” Catchings of 5 Terron Court, Parkville, Md.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Catchings has been charged with 1st Degree Attempted Murder and is now being held at Central Booking without bail.</span></p>

<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Catchings entered a guilty plea in a plea deal with the Baltimore City States Attorney Mosby on Dec. 14, 2014, to second-degree assault in Baltimore Circuit Court. THE DEAL: Probation After Conviction with ten years in prison and seven years suspended along with three years’ probation. A warrant was issued for his arrest for allegedly violating his probation on June 13, 2016. The warrant was served on April 28, 2017, giving him some off time from prison to allegedly murder Larelle Wallace.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Catchings was ordered by a Judge in a domestic violence case to stay away from a residence of a victim on Jan. 7, 2013 in Baltimore City but the order was lifted when the petitioner failed to appear for the hearing.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ten counts of dealing drugs were put on the Stet Docket by Baltimore City States Attorney Mosby on Feb. 23, 2012, in Baltimore City Circuit Court.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Charges of possession and distribution of drugs were dealt with in a plea deal in Baltimore City Circuit Court. States Attorney Mosby struck this deal with Catchings: <a href="https://www.the-chesapeake.com//2017/02/12/dwi-hit-parade-given-plea-deal-by-carroll-county-states-attorney-in-2014-conrad-thorpe-charged-with-dui-again-when-he-killed-boy-on-bike/plea-deals-2/" rel="attachment wp-att-12537"><img class="alignleft wp-image-12537" src="https://www.the-chesapeake.com//wp-content/uploads/2017/02/Plea-Deals-1-300x188.jpg" alt="" width="463" height="297" /></a>THE DEAL – Catchings entered a guilty plea to possession and two charges of distribution were dropped on March 14, 2011, and he was sentenced to one day in jail. Taxpayer provided public defender Anne Stewart-Hill arranged this sweet deal with Mosby.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Catchings began his criminal career on Aug. 21, 2007 (as an adult, as juvenile records are kept secret from the public) when he entered into a plea deal in Baltimore City District Court where charges of burglary and property destruction were put on the Stet Docket.</span></li>
