Ocean City Police report the arrest of <strong>Theodore Alexander Couloumbis</strong>, 21, of 12006 Rockledge Drive, Bowie, Md., on a charge of assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at 5509 Coastal Hwy, Ocean City, MD, on 6/4/2017 12:00:00 AM by Officer M. T. Richardson. Couloumbis was released on a $5,000 bond.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Couloumbis was arrested on July 5, 2015, for trespassing by Ocean City Police Officer Hogan and the Worcester States Attorney dropped the charge on Oct. 6, 2015.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Dominic Austin Clarke</strong>, 20, of 16040 Sherwin Court, New Freedom, Pa., was arrested on a charge of Disorderly Conduct, at 206 6th St, Ocean City, MD, on 6/4/2017 12:00:00 AM, by Officer S. P. Lindsey. Clarke faces trial on July 13, 2017, which will provide him with another chance to enjoy the beach and a jail cell.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Michael Jonas Parkent</strong>, 25, of 199 Hickory Point Road, Pasadena, Md., was arrested on a charge of burglary in the fourth-degree and trespassing at 401 S Atlantic Ave, Ocean City, MD, on 6/4/2017 12:00:00 AM by Officer E.T. Specht.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>John Anthony Houska,</strong> 61, of 3103 Mary Ave., Baltimore, Md., was arrested on charges of DUI, failing to stop after a collision, and other traffic charges at 41 St/ 10 Block, Ocean City, MD, on 6/4/2017 12:00:00 AM by Officer C.C. Wrench.</span></p>

Charged with DUI by a Maryland State Police Trooper on June 13, 2009, was given Probation Before Judgement on Oct. 21, 2009, and was fined $150 in Carroll County District Court.</span></p>
