Ocean City Police Beat / Summer Season starts with DUI drivers, disorderly, assault, and resisting arrest charges

OCEAN CITY MD. Ocean City Police report the arrest of Theodore Alexander Couloumbis, 21, of 12006 Rockledge Drive, Bowie, Md., on a charge of assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at 5509 Coastal Hwy, Ocean City, MD, on 6/4/2017 12:00:00 AM by Officer M. T. Richardson. Couloumbis was released on a $5,000 bond.

Couloumbis was arrested on July 5, 2015, for trespassing by Ocean City Police Officer Hogan and the Worcester States Attorney dropped the charge on Oct. 6, 2015.

Dominic Austin Clarke, 20, of 16040 Sherwin Court, New Freedom, Pa., was arrested on a charge of Disorderly Conduct, at 206 6th St, Ocean City, MD, on 6/4/2017 12:00:00 AM, by Officer S. P. Lindsey. Clarke faces trial on July 13, 2017, which will provide him with another chance to enjoy the beach and a jail cell.

Michael Jonas Parkent, 25, of 199 Hickory Point Road, Pasadena, Md., was arrested on a charge of burglary in the fourth-degree and trespassing at 401 S Atlantic Ave, Ocean City, MD, on 6/4/2017 12:00:00 AM by Officer E.T. Specht.

John Anthony Houska, 61, of 3103 Mary Ave., Baltimore, Md., was arrested on charges of DUI, failing to stop after a collision, and other traffic charges at 41 St/ 10 Block, Ocean City, MD, on 6/4/2017 12:00:00 AM by Officer C.C. Wrench.

Robert Warren Stargel, 26, of 9820 Golf Course Road, Ocean City, Md., arrested on charge DUI alcohol / drugs, speeding, failure to stay in lane, to display license on demand, negligent driving, at 12001 Coastal Hwy, Ocean City, MD, on 6/4/2017 12:00:00 AM., by Officer B. Berry. Stargel also faces trial on an assault charge on June 27, 2017, in Worcester District Court.

Bradley Lee Humbert, 32, of 717 Muller Road, Westminster, Md., arrested on a charge of Burglary-fourth Degree, at the Bonfire, 7401 Atlantic Ave, Ocean City, MD, on 6/4/2017 12:00:00 AM, by Officer A. J. Lapinski. Charged with DUI by a Maryland State Police Trooper on June 13, 2009, was given Probation Before Judgement on Oct. 21, 2009, and was fined $150 in Carroll County District Court.

Brandon Frederick Hager, 18, of 4418 Lucerne Ave., Pittsburgh, Pa., was arrested on possession of drugs and Open Container, at 106 N Division St, Ocean City, MD, on 6/4/2017 12:00:00 AM by Officer G. Cooper.
