<h2>MARYLAND STATE POLICE BEAT / Holy Terror of I-95 Bradley Krueger charged with road rage, pointing handgun on I-95</h2>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">ABINGDON, MD – Maryland State Police report that a Harford County man has been arrested and charged after it was reported by a victim that he allegedly pointed a handgun at another vehicle at the intersection of South Tollgate Gate Road and MD Rt. 24 on Dec. 8, 2016. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bradley R. Krueger, 23, of 3802 Easton Court, Abingdon, MD was charged with assault – first degree, assault – second degree and reckless endangerment. Krueger was taken before a court commissioner and released on his own recognizance. Krueger also faces other traffic charges from an incident just two weeks ago including racing off of a roadway and passing on the shoulder of I-95. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The investigation began around 5:30 a.m. yesterday when the JFK Highway Barrack received a call from a person traveling southbound on I-95 who had just been a victim of a road rage incident. The victim described a gray Chevrolet Trailblazer that was previously being driven in an erratic manner on South Tollgate Road. The victim advised that while stopped at the intersection of South Tollgate and MD Rt. 24, the suspect driving the Trailblazer pointed a handgun at him. In fear for his life, the victim sped off from the intersection only to be followed by the suspect, who was continuing to operate his vehicle in an erratic manner.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">According to police, both vehicles exited onto southbound I-95 where the suspect then threw an unknown object out of his vehicle striking the victim’s vehicle. The victim was able to slow to a safe distance from the suspect and call the </span>police<span style="font-size: 12pt;">. The victim continued to observe the vehicle while providing updates of its location to responding troopers.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Police say that a short time later, the suspect vehicle pulled into a Royal Farms Store on Pulaski Highway in Middle River where troopers were able to locate and apprehend Krueger without further incident. A subsequent search of Krueger’s vehicle revealed a black BB gun that resembled a semi-automatic handgun. Trooper M. Atkinson charged Krueger with the above-noted charges.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Krueger was charged in Cecil County District Court by Maryland State Trooper Twardowski with a long list of traffic offenses on Nov. 23, </span>2016<span style="font-size: 12pt;">, including driving his Trailblazer off of a roadway to pass another vehicle. Unsafe passing, negligent driving in a careless and imprudent manner endangering life and person; and reckless driving. A trial date for those charges </span>has<span style="font-size: 12pt;"> not yet been set. The charges resulted from incidents that took place while northbound on I-95 at Exit 74, according to court records.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">In another arrest, Krueger was charged with attempting to flee from a police officer on foot by Harford County Sheriff’s Deputy Dix on June 5, 2013. In a plea deal with the Harford County States Attorney, Krueger entered a guilty plea on Oct. 21, </span>2013<span style="font-size: 12pt;">, and was sent to jail for 30 days and fined $500 with $300 of the fine suspended.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">On Oct. 3, 2012, Krueger entered a guilty plea in Harford County District Court to taking a vehicle without consent and was given five days in jail.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">On March 27, 2013, four charges of identity theft, fraud, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and theft were put on the Stet Docket in Harford County District Court.</span></p>
