SILVER SPRING, MD. — The Maryland State Police report that on April 3rd at 2:46 am, Troopers from the Rockville Barrack responded to a reported single vehicle collision on the Outer Loop I-495 at Connecticut Ave.  Upon arrival, Troopers confirmed the driver was ejected and pronounced deceased.  There were no passengers in the vehicle.

Preliminary investigation revealed a silver Scion TC passenger car, driven by Jose Leonel Bonilla-Torres, was attempting to exit from the outer loop of I-495 at Connecticut Ave.
