WASHINGTON, D.C. – (Tuesday, April 26, 2016) – Attention Gun Grabbers! A killer who murdered a man with a knife making it vital for the survival of the nation’s capital to immediately confiscate all knives and perhaps invading homes without warrants to accomplish this worthy goal.

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide Branch are investigating a fatal stabbing that occurred in the 1200 Block of North Capitol Street, Northwest on Tuesday, April 26, 2016.

At approximately 1:15 am, members of the First District responded to a call for stabbing. Upon arrival on the scene, members located an adult male suffering from an apparent stab wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital where all lifesaving efforts failed and he was pronounced dead.

The decedent has been identified as 27-year-old Kenneth Eugene Jackson of Northwest, DC.

The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $25,000 to anyone that provides information which leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for any homicide committed in the District of Columbia.
