<h2>Mills can’t get shot tonight, he’s in jail and his six shooters are off the street</h2>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">DOVER, DEL. &#8212; There will be one less participant in Saturday night shootings in Dover.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Dover Police Department reports that officers arrested a man with two loaded handguns during a traffic stop on Saturday afternoon. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">While on patrol in the area of Bay Road and Lafferty Lane a Dover police officer stopped a vehicle for a registration violation. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">During the stop, the officer could detect a faint odor of marijuana and noticed cigar filling and marijuana seeds on the floor of the vehicle. The officer asked for and was provided the names of the driver and both the front and back seat passengers. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">A computer check discovered that the front seat passenger, Jason Mills, was wanted on a local fugitive warrant (capias). During this time, the officer noticed an unusual amount of movement in the vehicle, raising suspicion that the subjects were hiding something. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Cpl. Mark Hoffman reports that the officer removed Mill</span>s<span style="font-size: 12pt;"> and the other subjects from the vehicle and checked under the passenger seat where Mills was seated. Under the seat was a 9mm Glock handgun and .38 Colt revolver, both loaded. Mills admitted to the officer that the firearms belonged to him and was taken into custody without incident.</span></p>
