<p><strong>600 block Jackson St</strong>, 6/13 – 6/14 12:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person scratched and damaged a vehicle left in his care. No suspects or witnesses at this time.</p>
<p>DUI ARRESTS:</p>
<p><strong>Lorrena Dickson,</strong> 52, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of DUI in the 1700 block of Princess Anne Street. ARRESTS:</p>
<p><strong>James Brown</strong>, 64, of no fixed address was arrested on a charge of shoplifting. Brown was released on a summons.</p>

<p><strong>Kimberly Blair</strong>, 50, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a charge of felony shoplifting.</p>

The investigating officer was able to identify the suspects, and warrants have been obtained charging Lamont Haskins, 49, of no fixed address with two counts of robbery and Michael Hart, 50, of no fixed address with two counts of attempted robbery. Haskins and Hart had not been arrested by the time of this report.</div></div></li>
