Alan Lee Huff charged with child sex abuse of two children
LEONARDTOWN, MD. – St. Mary’s Sheriff’s detectives report that a defense contractor who has worked in the Lexington Park area and now works for the Navy at Dahlgren has been charged with the rape of two girls.
Police say that on March 16, 2015, deputies responded to MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital for a reported sexual offense. A 5-year-old female victim disclosed she had been sexually assaulted by suspect Alan Lee Huff, age 40, of Lexington Park. Based on the nature of the allegations Detectives from the Criminal Investigations Division responded to the hospital and assumed the investigation.
During the investigation, a second female victim, age 6, disclosed she had also been sexually assaulted by Huff.
Detectives executed search and seizure warrants and evidence was recovered.
Huff was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he is being held on NO BOND. He has been charged with:

2 COUNTS Sexual Abuse of Minor
2 COUNTS Sodomy
Child Pornography Film/Computer Sexual Act
2 COUNTS Assault 2ndDegree
2 COUNTS 4thDegree Sexual Offense
Investigators with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service assisted with this investigation.
Huff has been working at Dahlgren Naval Surface Warfare Center since January of this year, according information he posted on his Linked In profile.
He formerly worked for BAE Systems for several years following serving nine years in the U. S. Marines where he was discharged as a Marine Sergeant.
