Three armed hoods with hoodies hammered their way to gold — they were a smashing success!
COLUMBIA, MD. — Police in Howard County are seeking the identity of three thugs who robbed a jewelry store in the Columbia Mall on Jan. 5, 2015. Photos and video have now been provided for your viewing pleasure and to assist readers at having a stab at winning a reward of up to $500 to rat on these hood-rats.
Three punks committed the armed robbery of Edward Arthur Jewelers in Columbia which took place at approximately 8:32 p.m. at the Mall in Columbia.
Police say that three suspects entered the store, used hammers to break the glass of two jewelry display cases and stole watches. When an employee confronted them, one suspect threatened him with a hammer and the suspects fled. No one was injured.
The suspects are described as black males in their late teens. The first suspect is described as 5’8” to 5’10” tall, 160 pounds, wearing a black hat and hooded sweatshirt. The second suspect is described as 5’8” to 5’10” tall, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt. The third suspect is described as 5’11” to 6’1” tall, 170 pounds, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt.
Police are asking anyone with information to call (410) 313-STOP. A reward of up to $500 is being offered for information.
