Brooklyn Park, Md. — On August 11, 2014 at approximately 1:50 p.m. an unknown suspect committed an armed robbery at Village Liquors located at 720 Church Street – Brooklyn Park, MD 21225.
The suspect entered the store and displayed a weapon to two male employees. The suspect then took cash and merchandise from the store. The suspect then fled the scene on foot towards northbound 6th Avenue.
Officers canvassed the area for the suspect with negative results.
Suspect: Black male, approximately 6’00” in height – average build, approximately 28 years of age. The suspect wore a light colored hooded sweatshirt, blue jean shorts, black shoes and a black mask.
Cops seek MR. BIG in jewelry store heist
Pasadena, Md. — Anne Arundel County Police report on a big boost of jewelry from a Pasadena store and have launched a net to catch MR. BIG.
On August 11, 2014 at approximately 4:00 pm, officers responded to Sanders Jewelers located at 31 Magothy Beach Road in Pasadena, Maryland for a reported theft.
The pictured suspect, a white male approximately 6 foot tall, 300 pounds, glasses, tattoos, wearing tan shorts with a green waste management shirt and blue hat entered the business. The suspect asked permission to try on a 14 k yellow gold 8 inch Figaro bracelet. Once the male put the bracelet on, he fled the business without paying. Once outside, the suspect fled in an unknown direction.
