The victim, a 54 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he works for a local cab company and was called to the above area to pick up a customer.
Once in the area, an unknown man got into the backseat of the vehicle. During the encounter, the man reached over the seat, grabbed the victim, and demanded money.
The Prince George’s County Police Department last night arrested a Palmer Park man in connection with the January death of his 3-year-old son. The suspect is identified as 38-year-old Thomas Everett Holland, of the 7600 block of Allendale Drive. He faces charges of first degree child abuse and manslaughter
On Friday May 16, 2014 at approximately 12:09 PM, Washington County Fire/EMS Officials were notified that a 65 year-old hiker located on a remote portion of the Appalachian Trail was possibly having a stroke. Washington County requested the Maryland State Police Aviation Command to respond and assist in locating the acutely ill hiker.

An armed robber has been operating with impunity and holding up victims as they walked in parking lots of various businesses in Lexington Park and California. Either the Sheriff’s Department doesn’t know where these robberies took place or perhaps they simply forgot to include the information.

When questioned by local investigators, Dinkle falsely denied his involvement in the incident and said that he had resigned his office and withdrawn from the KKK months before the cross burning. When approached by the FBI, Dinkle again lied and told a special agent that he had been at home with his girlfriend when the cross burning occurred. He further claimed that he did not know a person who was, in fact, one of his superiors in the KKK at the time of the cross burning.

Anne Arundel County Police report that on May 14, 2014 at approximately 7:oo pm, detectives from Northern District’s Tactical Narcotics Team (TNT) and Tactical Patrol Unit (TPU) were working in an undercover capacity in the area of Church Street, in the Brooklyn area. While in the area, undercover TPU detectives made contact with two individuals in the area of Gischel and Church Streets. After a search of the individuals, detectives recovered a sawed-off 20 gauge Western Field Shot gun and (18) 20 gauge Remington shot gun shells.
