DOVER, DEL. (Sept. 21, 2014) — Dover Police Lt. David Spicer reports that on Thursday September 18, 2014 at 0310 AM two suspects kicked open the door leading into the victim’s apartment causing damage. Suspects allegedly made entry into the apartment and assaulted the 61-year-old disabled female and her daughter before fleeing the residence.
Both victims receive minor injury as a result of the assault. Both suspects were arrested without incident a short distance away from the scene. Defendant Michael Carrington-Barlow was arraigned at JP#7 and committed to James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in default of $29,500.00 secured bond. Defendant Shawn Horsey was arraigned at JP#7 and committed to James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in default of $31,500.00 secured bond.
