David Spicer reports that on Thursday September 18, 2014 at 0310 AM two suspects kicked open the door leading into the victim’s apartment causing damage. Suspects allegedly made entry into the apartment and assaulted the 61-year-old disabled female and her daughter before fleeing the residence.
