WOODBRIDGE, VA. — The Prince William County Police report the following incidents and arrests:
Armed Robberies – On August 8th at 11:20PM, officers responded to investigate a robbery which was reported to have occurred in the 12200 block of Allspice Ct in Woodbridge (22192) around 10:30PM. The victims, a 19 year old man of Stafford, a 19 year old man of Lorton and an 18 year old man of Alexandria, reported to police that they had just arrived in the area above to attend a party.
As the victims were approaching the home, they encountered three unknown men. One of the men displayed a handgun and demanded the victim’s property. During the encounter, the armed suspect struck one of the victims in the face with the handgun.
The suspects took a cell phone, wallet and an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency from the victims before fleeing on foot. Minor injuries were reported.
While investigating the above incident, a separate victim approached an officer on an unrelated call to report a robbery in the same location that occurred around 10:45PM.
This victim, an 18 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to the officer that he was getting into his vehicle when he was approached by an unknown man who demanded the victim’s property. After taking the victim’s cell phone, the man pulled out a handgun and ordered the victim to leave the area. No injuries were reported. Detectives are investigating both incidents as being related. The investigation continues.

Aggravated Malicious Wounding – On August 9th at 10:42PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 10500 block of Deville Dr in Nokesville (20181) to investigate a domestic assault. The victim, a 35 year old woman of Nokesville, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused assaulted the victim, striking her to the head and body. The victim was able to get away from the accused and contact police. The accused fled the area prior to police arriving at the home. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment. Following the investigation, warrants were obtained against the accused.

Described as a white male, 5’8”, 180lbs with a medium build, beard, short brown hair and brown eyes
Wanted for aggravated malicious wounding
Residential Burglary | Use of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony – On August 11th at 12:43AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 11400 block of Bacon Race Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary in progress. The homeowner reported to police that three unknown men entered the residence through a rear basement door. Two of the men displayed handguns and demanded property from the six occupants of the home. The men fled the home as police were arriving in the area. No injuries were reported and no property was taken from the home. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspects. Detectives have determined that this incident is not random. The investigation continues.

Residential Burglary | Use of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony – On August 9th at 11:53PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 14000 block of Golden Ct in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary in progress. The homeowner reported to police that he was having a small gathering at his residence when two unknown men entered the home through a rear unlocked door.
Once inside, the men displayed handguns and forced the homeowner and three other guests to an upstairs bedroom where they proceeded to search the room. During the encounter, one of the men assaulted a resident of the home by striking him with a handgun causing the weapon to discharge.
Following the altercation, the men fled the home. Minor injuries were reported as a result of the assault only. No property was taken from the home. Detectives have determined that this incident is not random. The investigation continues.

Black male, unknown age, 6’0”, 180lbs with a thin build, dark complexion, short black hair, brown eyes and a goatee
Last seen wearing a black NY Yankees hat, brown & white stripped polo shirt and black jeans
Residential Burglary – On August 8th at 12:37PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 3600 block of Forestdale Ace in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 10:45AM and 12:19PM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the residence through a rear window which was broken out. Prescription medications and an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency were reported missing.
Residential Burglary – On August 8th at 8:00AM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 10900 block of Wild Ginger Cir in Manassas (20109) to investigate a burglary. The resident of the apartment reported to police that the burglary occurred between 6:00PM on August 6th and 8:00AM on August 8th. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the home. A handgun, valued around $500, was reported missing.
**ARRESTS**
Residential Burglary | Assault & Battery – On August 9th at 4:46PM, officers responded to investigate an assault which was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 8000 block of Community Dr in Manassas (20109) around 5:30AM. The victim, a 13 year old female juvenile, reported to police that she was sleeping when she woke to the accused touching her. The victim reported the incident to her mom later in the afternoon who contacted police. The accused is known to the victim. No injuries were reported and there were no signs of forced entry into the home. The accused was located by officers and detained without incident. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Residential Burglary | Destruction of Property – On August 10th at 2:18AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 15000 block of Galapagos Pl in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary in progress. The homeowner reported to police that the accused, a known acquaintance, came to residence looking for another resident who resides at the home. At one point, the accused forced his way into the home and assaulted the homeowner. During the altercation, the accused damaged a wall and other property in the home. The two parties were eventually separated and the accused the home. Minor injuries were reported. Officers located the accused a short time later and arrested him without further incident.

Attempted Residential Burglary | Domestic Assault & Battery – On August 9th at 9:45PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 8000 block of Lyon Cir in Manassas (20109) to investigate a disorderly call. The homeowner reported to police that the accused, a known acquaintance, attempted to enter her residence after breaking a bedroom window. The accused did not enter the home and was apprehended by responding officers without further incident. While investigating this incident, the victim informed officers that the accused had assaulted her the night prior. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.
