Mister Booze and Drive Had Heat
LUSBY, MD. Police report that one DUI driver was loaded in more ways than one. On 8/17/14 at 3:05 am, Trooper First Class Wiesemann stopped a vehicle on HG Trueman Rd. near Town Square Dr. in Lusby for traffic violations. Charles W. Mister, 25, of Lusby, was speaking with slurred speech and the odor of alcohol was emitting from inside the vehicle and on his breath. He was arrested for DUI. A search incident to the arrest revealed a loaded handgun in the glove compartment. He was additionally charged with possession of a handgun. He was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
This Greenhorn was no tenderfoot
PRINCE FREDERICK, MD. — Maryland State Police report that on 8/6/14 at 1:35 pm, Trooper First Class Costello responded to the area of the PNC Bank in Prince Frederick for a reported disorderly subject. Timothy E. Greenhorn, 36 of no fixed address, was located in an extremely intoxicated condition. Greenhorn was belligerent and became aggressive during contact with police. He was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
On 7/27/14 at 1:44 am, Master Trooper Gill responded to the 200 block of Lore Rd. in Solomon’s for an intoxicated subject that was threatening people. Joshua R. Albert, 34, of Spotsylvania, VA, was located. A check through NCIC revealed Albert had an active felony warrant through Stafford County and Spotsylvania County in Virginia. Albert was arrested and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
On 6/23/14 at 3:23 pm, Trooper First Class Evans stopped a vehicle on Rt. 4 near Whispering Dr in Prince Frederick for traffic violations. The driver, Ami B. Zimmerman, 29 of Lusby, was found to have an open warrant through the Calvert County Sheriff’s Officer. Zimmerman was placed under arrest. A search of her person revealed marijuana. A probable cause search of the vehicle revealed CDS paraphernalia. Ms. Zimmerman was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

Possession of Marijuana: On 6/23/14 at 3:45 pm, Trooper Newcomer stopped a vehicle on Bay Avenue and 5th Street in North Beach for traffic violations. The odor of burnt marijuana was emitting from inside the vehicle. A probable cause search revealed raw marijuana in the driver’s side door pocket and the passenger’s side door pocket. Brandon L. Simonds, 23 of North Beach, was arrested and transported to the MSP Barrack for processing.

Possession of Marijuana: On 6/25/14 at 2:07 pm, Trooper First Class Costello stopped a vehicle on Rt. 4 in Prince Frederick for traffic violations. The odor of marijuana was emitting from the passenger compartment of the vehicle. A probable cause search of the vehicle and marijuana was found in the trunk of the vehicle. Neil R. Anderson, 21 of St. Leonard, was arrested and transported to the MSP Barrack for processing.
