LEONARDTOWN, MD. — St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Capt. Dan Alioto, the chief of the Narco Squad, reports the arrest of Michael Leonard Semiklose, 29, of Lexington Park, was identified as a distributor of heroin. A search and seizure warrant was obtain and executed on his home. Heroin and other evidence were recovered from the home and Semiklose was arrested. Additional charges are pending a State’s Attorney’s Office review.

According to Cruz-Flore’s plea agreement, from about 2015 through 2017, he was a member and associate of the Hempstead clique of MS-13 and participated in a racketeering conspiracy that included assaults, murder, attempted murder, robbery, and drug trafficking. Specifically, Cruz-Flores admitted that he participated in the murder of a suspected rival gang member and conspired and attempted to murder two victims in Annapolis.
