Dover Police Beat: cops seek Dipsy, Dopey and Dummy for armed robbery of pizza driver

Police say the female victim was delivering food to a residence in the 200 Block of North State Street. She was approached by three suspects (identified as black males) after the delivery. One of the male suspects stated the he had a gun and demanded cash. The victim gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of cash and the suspects fled in a maroon hatchback vehicle.

Dover Police Beat: Suicide by cop perp booby-trapped his lair before calling 911

The incident began at 10:38PM, when dispatchers from the Dover Police Department received a call from a Crisis Center indicating that James Long, was having suicidal thoughts and had vocalized a plan to commit “suicide by cop.” Long has been the subject of previous incidents with the Dover Police Department, including one occasion where similar threats were made.

DOVER, DEL. — The Dover Police Department reports that they have put the brakes on a robber who has left a trail of empty cash registers behind him as he waltzed in and out of a couple of businesses a week for the past month.

The department reports it has arrested a serial robbery suspect responsible for six armed robberies in just a couple of weeks. The arrest was made after Morris Simms,43,, robbed the EZ Check Cashing business at 1005 College Road just after 2:00PM on Friday, December 19th.

The investigation revealed that Lamb had intentions of confronting Willingham in regards to a dispute involving a woman who Lamb previously had a relationship with. Lamb made physically-threatening statements to Willingham in person and on social media leading up to Sunday’s shooting, according to police.
