The taxpayers of Maryland will be glad to know that after this dirtbag stole state park passes, that he received a taxpayer-provided free attorney so he wouldn’t have to dip into his own funds to pay for a lawyer.
Police say that the investigation into this incident has indicated that the victim had just returned from work and was sitting in his car when the suspects, who had come to the neighborhood to steal a car, approached him. The suspects pulled him out of the vehicle and took his wallet and cell phone. The victim was then shot with three different caliber guns.
Police responded to Club Tabu just after 2 a.m. Sunday morning for a report of a shooting. When officers arrived on the scene, they found three victims in a car suffering from gunshot wounds. The victims had been sitting in the car when the suspect and a female exited the establishment. The victims and the suspect had a brief verbal interaction after which the suspect fired several shots into the car.
Clyde C. Campbell, 53, of the 1700 block of Manor Road, 21222, was charged Wednesday evening and is held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center. (Campbell had been arrested Monday morning in Dundalk on weapons charges unrelated to the Grubb case and has been held at BCDC since then.)
Grubb was reported missing to BCoPD by her daughter Saturday evening; she was last seen Thursday evening. The daughter said she was concerned because of a history of domestic violence between her mother and Campbell
