WALDORF, MD. — The thugs are out in broad daylight in Waldorf and on Oct. 6, 2014 at about 4 pm, two thugs robbed and shot a kid on a bike path.

Court records show that the plea deal between Alsobrooks and Ealey called for him to go to prison for 3 years but all but 13 months was suspended. The sentence was backdated to Aug. 4, 2014, when he was locked up. Since he was on probation he was available for a gunfight, which he apparently lost.
Pu Tzoy was taken into custody without further incident and transported back to Troop 7 where he was charged by troopers with Vehicular Assault 1st, Leaving the Scene of a Collision Resulting in Injury, Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign, Driving without a Valid License, and various other traffic related charges. Lewes Police Department also charged Pu Tzoy with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Disregarding a Police Officer’s Signal, Reckless Driving, and other traffic offenses.
A DUI investigation then ensued at which time Shawn Russell was arrested and charged by troopers with DUI, Leaving the Scene of a Fatal Motor Vehicle Crash, Failure to Report an Accident, and No Proof of Motor Vehicle Insurance. Arraignment information for Russell is not available at this time.
The suspect, who was armed with a knife, then confronted two employees of the business and demanded money from the cash register. The victims complied with the suspect’s demands and turned over an undisclosed amount of money to him.
