Maryland State Police report that an undocumented shopper failed to use wampum, cash, barter with chickens or even use a stolen credit card to pay for a cartload of store items at the Walmart

The “victim” – a drug dealer – now joins his attackers in the slammer after he is alleged to be dealing in stolen guns and selling weed – along with charges of aiming gunfire at an occupied waterfront home in Compton. 

As a result of the search warrants, semi-automatic rifles, handguns and other weapons were seized, along with ammunition.  The weapons were not secured from juvenile access as required by law.     

“With broken hearts, we are announcing that one of our officers was shot and killed today. The brave officer was shot while stepping in to protect a woman threatened in a domestic situation. Please keep his family and our department in your prayers.”

Trooper First Class Robinson responded to the Walmart in Dunkirk for a reported intoxicated subject.  Debra M. Vaughn, 28 of Baltimore was located and the investigation revealed numerous shoplifted items in her possession.  A search prior to arrest revealed cocaine/alprazolam and Oxycotin.

Further investigation revealed that the suspect also had two rifles, one of which was an assault rifle, along with a shotgun and ammunition in the vehicle.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was assaulted and stabbed.

The suspect, who was armed with an unknown make and model handgun, confronted the employees of the business and demanded money from the cash registers.

The suspect was identified as Douglas W. Walker, 39 of Wilmington. After obtaining a search warrant for the suspect’s vehicle evidence linking him to the robbery was located inside the vehicle.
