Laurel, Md. (Aug. 26, 2014) — On Thursday, August 20th, 2014 at approximately 10:39 p.m., Anne Arundel County Police Officers were dispatched to the 3300 block of Sudlersville South, Laurel, Maryland for a shooting. Upon arrival officers located a deceased male in the roadway suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. In interviewing several witnesses on scene, officers determined the suspect fled on foot to the 300 block of Old Line Avenue, Laurel, Maryland.
ROSEDALE, MD. — A second victim has died after an incident in a home in the 9800 block of Whitney Drive in Rosedale, Md., according to the Baltimore County Police.
On August 23, 2014, at approximately 11:50 pm, patrol officers were called to the 5000 block of Glassmanor Drive for a shooting. Once on scene, officers discovered a man suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced dead on the scene.
A three-year old girl, believed to be Miller’s daughter, was found inside the car suffering from trauma to the upper body. Based on the initial reports from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, it appears Miller had stabbed and shot his daughter. The child was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead.
OCEAN CITY, MD. — (August 16, 2014) – On August 16, 2014, at approximately 3 a.m. Ocean City Communications received a call reporting an adult male had been located unconscious and unresponsive inside a hotel room in the area of 4701 Coastal Highway, in Ocean City.
First responders from the Ocean City Police and Fire Departments initiated emergency lifesaving procedures on the victim and transported him to Atlantic General Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased at approximately 3:45 a.m. The victim has been identified as Jorge Troca, 38, of Lyndhurst, NJ.
DISTRICT HEIGHTS, MD. According to Prince Georges County Md. Police, the suspect in yesterday’s murder suicide is identified as 45-year-old Leroy Johnson, Jr., of Iverson Street in Oxon Hill. The victims are identified as 42-year-old Zonita Monia Roberts, of Springhill Parkway in Smyrna, Georgia, and 43-year-old Angela Lynette Johnson, of Iverson Street in Oxon Hill. The suspect is the recently estranged husband of Johnson. The Prince George’s County Police Department is investigating a murder-suicide in District Heights.
Landover, Md. — Prince George’s Police report that they are investigating the murder of a three-year-old girl. Knijah Bibb of Northwest Washington was sadly shot and killed while visiting a home on Forest Terrace in Landover on Sunday. Homicide detectives have identified and charged a suspect.
He’s 25-year-old Davon Antwan Wallace of the 7000 block of E Kilmer Street in Landover.
The suspect is described as an African American male, unknown age, average build, wearing a dark hooded sweat shirt, tan or light colored shorts, armed with a handgun.
The victim has been identified as Rajinder Kumar, 49 years old white
male, from Glen Burnie, MD.
Robbery detectives are also working to identify these two suspects and the SUV seen in the above photos. The two men are wanted in connection with a convenience store robbery in the 3700 block of Hamilton Street on August 10, 2014. The vehicle is described as a black Jeep Grand Cherokee with gray a bumper and trim with unknown Washington DC tags and chrome rims. Larry A. CHAMBERLIN is wanted on an outstanding warrant for violations of conditions of his release prior to trial. CHAMBERLIN is charged with being an armed career criminal in of possession of firearms, being an unlawful user of marijuana in possession of firearms and manufacturing marijuana. Case 06-05056-01-CR-SW-RED; pursuant to a court order charging CHAMBERLIN with a violation of 18 USC 3148. CHAMBERLIN was previously indicted in the same case for violations of 18 USC 922(g)(1) & (3)/924(e) – Felon (Armed Career Criminal)/Unlawful Drug User in Possession of Firearms; 21 USC 841(a)(1)(D)/(b)(1)(D) – Manufacturing/Cultivating Marijuana.
