OCEAN CITY, MD. – (July 8, 2015) – A Towson man currently on probation for a prior DUI arrest attracted a crowd and the attention of Ocean City Police when he allegedly rammed into two parked cars and then did a backflip with his 2004 Mazda and continued his display of driver ineptness while impaired by driving on his rooftop down the median strip of one of the resort town’s main streets.

Wicomico County Sheriff Police Beat: Child, 7, operating ATV killed when crossing road

The Sheriff’s Office reports that their investigation revealed that the ATV was being operated by the young boy who attempted to cross the road and pulled out in the path of an oncoming Ford sedan. The boy was critically injured in the collision and was transported to Peninsula Regional Medical Center where he later died.

Fatal crash driver Sam Ellis cited for underage booze rap and fighting in Ocean City prior to double fatal crash

On June 2, 2015 the party boy Sam Ellis was reveling in Ocean City, Maryland along with thousands of other newly graduated high school students when he was arrested by Ocean City Police Officer R. Flanagan. The criminal charge which is pending in Worcester County District Court for a hearing on July 9, 2015 is for the criminal charge of “affray”, which means participating in a fight among several persons, often associated with a riot or rumble.

Teen drinking party ends in 2 teens dead with others injured and Sam Ellis awaiting DUI manslaughter charges

According to Montgomery County, Maryland, Police, charges are pending in a teenage booze cruise that left two dead, others injured and the teenage driver of the vehicle that became this year’s poster child for not drinking at teen parties and then driving crashed into a fence at a high rate of speed. Police are also looking at charges for an adult who was in the home where the teen drinking party took place.

Somerset County Sheriff’s Police Beat: Michael Wayne Thorne of Crisfield busted for panhandling and deaf to law

Pat Joseph Carroll of North Augusta, South Carolina, arrested 6-8-15 for Possession of Suspected Adderall pills and Drug Paraphernalia. Carroll was released on a $5,000 unsecured bond. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop in Princess Anne where Deputies conducted a probable cause search on Carroll’s truck where they recovered suspected Adderall pills (that were not his prescription) and other drug paraphernalia.
