Easton Police report that on November 16, 2015, Don Terrell Chester, 18, of Easton, MD was charged with three counts of possession of CDS with the intent to distribute, three counts of possession of CDS, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of CDS-common nuisance. Zane Nikia Bell, 18, of Denton, MD was charged with three counts of possession of CDS with the intent to distribute, three counts of possession of CDS, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of CDS-common nuisance and one count of removal of a prescription bottle label.

Alcohol use on the part of Snyder is being considered as a factor in the crash. Snyder was also dressed in dark clothing and was not using a flashlight as required by law. He was cited by troopers with Walking on a Highway While Intoxicated, Failure to Carry a Light, and Stepping into the Path of a Car after Leaving a Curb.

Southern Md. Police Beat: Retail Beverage Association leader Dave Dent’s bar charged with selling alcohol to minor in sting

St. Mary’s County Sheriff Tim Cameron reports that a sting of retailers and bars that serve liquor found six establishments that sold to an underage person, including that owned by Dave Dent, a top official in the state-wide beverage dealers group as well as the president of the St. Mary’s County Licensed Beverage Association.
