<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Cooper was arrested while in the 2100 block of Rupp Street for a shooting that occurred on January 12, 2018, in the 2000 block of North Longwood Street.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Cooper is now waiting to see a court commissioner.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">On January 12, 2018, at approximately 9:55 p.m., Southwest District patrol officers responded to the 2000 block of North Longwood Street for a report of a shooting.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Once at the location, officers located a 31-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the thigh.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was walking Southbound in the 2000 block of North Longwood Street when he was approached by a black male. An altercation ensued resulting in the suspect producing a handgun and shooting the victim.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Cooper entered a guilty plea to first-degree assault on Aug. 24, 2000, and as part of the plea deal, charges of reckless endangerment, attempted first-degree murder and malicious burning. THE DEAL: The Baltimore City States Attorney agreed to a sentence of 15 years with 14 years, 7 months and 29 days suspended. Found guilty of the violation of probation, Cooper was sentenced on Dec. 18, 2003, to 10 years in prison.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Police say that on January 22, 2018, at approximately 10:32 p.m., Western District patrol officers responded to the 100 block of North Fremont Avenue for a report of a shooting.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Upon officer’s arrival, they were directed to the 800 block of Vine Street where they located 30-year-old Travis Lee Wallace (B/M) of the 100 block of North Fremont Avenue, suffering from gunshot wounds to the body.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Medics were called to the location and pronounced Wallace deceased.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Preliminary investigation revealed the victim was at his home in the 100 block of North Fremont Avenue when he heard what appeared to be someone tampering with his front door.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">BALTIMORE, MD. – The dead of winter sometimes provides warm and sunny days, at least a few before the Arctic air descends upon the region once more. This day, was such a warm day, bringing killers out to work the mean streets of Baltimore.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Baltimore Police report that on January 23, 2018, at approximately 7:45 pm, officers were called to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim. When officers arrived, they found a 35-year old man being treated by the hospital staff for gunshot wounds to his body.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The victim told investigators he was in the area of Coldspring Lane and Alhambra Avenue when he was shot. <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">BALTIMORE, MD. – Baltimore Police report that on January 19, 2018, at approximately 9:30 p.m., officers responded to a home in the 2300 block of Robb Street for a stabbing.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Upon arrival, officers located 47-year-old Juan Henderson of the 2300 block of Aiken Street, suffering from stab wounds to the upper chest. Henderson was transported to Johns Hopkins Hospital where he died a short time later.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Homicide detectives responded out and interviewed several people who were located at the scene, including the primary suspect.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Detectives learned that the suspect and Henderson had been arguing over money when the argument escalated into a physical altercation.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">As a result, the suspect stabbed Henderson.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Detectives arrested and charged 25-year-old Deonta Winston, who also resides at the home in the 2300 block of Aiken Street.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Winston, who has been charged with 1st Degree Murder is currently in Central Booking where he is being held without bail</span>.</p>

<h2>MURDER USA: Teon Grant charged with attempted murder after spraying victim with gunfire</h2>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">BALTIMORE, MD. – Detectives have rounded up an alleged shooter that finds his way to handling guns rather than working at a job.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">On December 19, 2017, at approximately 4:20 p.m., a 23-year-old man walked into St. Agnes Hospital suffering from gunshot wounds to the head, chest and left forearm.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The victim told detectives he had been shot in the 500 block of Wellesley Street while sitting in his vehicle. At that time, an unknown suspect walked up to his vehicle and opened fire.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Citywide shooting detectives responded out and assumed control of the investigation. Detectives interviewed several people, located video footage, and ultimately identified the suspect.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">On January 22, 2018, members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force arrested 17-year-old Teon Grant of 6611 Eberle Drive Apt. 202, Baltimore, Md. Grant was taken to Central Booking where he has been charged with 1st Degree Attempted Murder.</span></p>
