<h2>Long ran from flatfoots and left his five kids behind; turned self in after lookout</h2>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">MILTON, DEL. – Police say that a man who beat feet has now decided to meet the judge and turned himself into the law.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Milton Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 53-year-old Andrew A. Long, 5’9” 210 pounds and stocky build, who was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and jeans. Long’s last known address is West Spring Drive, outside the Town limits of Milton.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Milton Police reports that on Sunday, August 22, 2016, at approximately 6:30 pm Mr. Long was observed traveling East on Route 16 when officers attempted to stop him for a motor vehicle violation. Long refused to stop for the officer who had his emergency lights and siren activated. Long was traveling the speed limit at the time of the incident and upon entering Palmer Street; he exited his vehicle and ran in the direction of Bay Avenue, leaving five children ranging from 2 years to 11 years old in the vehicle.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Warrants have been issued by the Milton Police Department for the following charges; 5 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child &#8211; Felony Grade, Resisting Arrest, Failure to Signal When Turning, Disregard to a Police Officer Signal, Failure to Have Lights On When Required (Weather Related) and Driving While Suspended/Revoked.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Police say that Long also has Pre-Existing Active Capias&#8217;s for Rape 3rd Degree from the Kent County Superior Court and Identity Theft, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest from the Lewes PD.</span></p>
