FAIRFAX COUNTY, VIRGINIA — Has the gas station you stop at in Fairfax County been robbed yet? Chances are that it will be soon as the cops have now called in the FBI to assist in catching this armed crook. With any luck, the robber might get blown away by an armed clerk and that will make a great story in the future. For now, read this:

Fairfax Police reports that Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a suspect who robbed the Sunoco Gas Station located at 2210 Gallows Road on Thursday, December 10 around 4 p.m.
An employee of the gas station reported that a man entered the store, loitered for a short time and left. He returned, produced a handgun and demanded money. The clerk complied and the suspect fled.
No one was injured.
The suspect is described as white, between 30-35 years old, around 6 feet 1 inches tall and weighs between 160-180 pounds. He has a beard. He wore a black shirt and white pants.
Detectives believe this robbery is linked to a series of similar cases being jointly investigated with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and other local law enforcement.
