Sheriff Richard Harris Reports Arrests Made, September 7, 2015 – September 13, 2015
Theft
On 9/7/15, Deputy Pearce obtained 20 Credit Card Fraud warrants and one Identity Theft warrant against Kimberly Gideon, 43 of Spotsylvania, after she opened 20 credit card accounts in another person’s name over the last four years. Deputy Basil later arrested Gideon and she was turned over to the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
On 9/7/15, Deputy Owens released Aimee Treakle, 19 of Spotsylvania, on a summons for Shoplifting from Wal-Mart.
On 9/9/15, Deputy Durbin released Janica Nicole Struder, 26 from Spotsylvania, in the 10000 Block of Southpoint Parkway for Shoplifting.
On 9/10/15, Deputy Durbin arrested Bryant Lamont Alston, 49, in the 3100 Block of Plank Road for two separate offenses. Warrants were obtained for Felony Shoplifting and Petit Larceny / Shoplifting
On 9/10/15, Deputy Lloyd arrested Jacob Edward Ruczynski, 48 from Spotsylvania, in the 9700 Block of Jefferson Davis Hwy for Felony Shoplifting and Possession of Burglary Tools.
On 9/11/15, Deputy E. Griffith arrested Pamela Loving, 30 of Spotsylvania, for shoplifting at Sheetz on Lafayette Blvd as well as an outstanding warrant through Stafford County.
Assault
On 9/8/15, Deputy Collins arrested Richard Action III, 54 of Frederick, MD., for Assault and Battery.
On 9/8/15, Deputy Hansinger arrested John Wilson Jenkins, 45 for Assault in the area of Mill Garden South.
On 9/11/15, Deputy M. Jones arrested Zack Rogers, 31 of Spotsylvania, for strangulation in the 11500 block of Paxton Dr.
On 9/11/15, Deputy Coerper arrested Shanquita Mcmillan, 25 of Spotsylvania, for Assault and Strong Armed Robbery in the 8800 block of Old Blockhouse Road.
On 9/11/15, Deputy Setlock released Jacquelyn Singer, 34 of Spotsylvania, on a permitted warrant for simple assault, in the 10500 block of Greenwood Drive, after a dispute.
On 9/12/15, Deputy Plunkett arrested Beverly Williams, 36 of Spotsylvania, for Assault.
On 9/12/15, Deputy Walsh arrested Manli Priest, 50 of Fredericksburg, for misdemeanor Shoplifting and Assault and Battery at Belk’s.
On 9/13/15, Sergeant Belcher arrested John Saunders, 36 of Spotsylvania, for Assault and Battery, Disorderly Conduct and Drunk in Public for an incident at the Mad Crab on Southpoint Plaza Way.
DUI
On 9/7/15, Deputy C. Lee arrested Ambur Kennely, 25 of Spotsylvania, for DUI at Rt.1 and Southpoint Pkwy.
On 9/9/15, Deputy Trippett arrested Theodore Henry, 45 of Spotsylvania, for DUI resulting from an accident on Gordon Rd.
On 9/12/13, Deputy Griffith arrested Ilona Foster, 41 of Spotsylvania, for DUI, Refusal and Driving Suspended. Incident occurred in the Breckenridge Subdivision.
On 9/13/15, Deputy Hahn arrested Luis Perez Garcia, 46 of Alexandria, for DUI.
Arrests
On 9/7/15, Deputy P. Corbin arrested Craig Rowling, 52 of Spotsylvania, for Public Intoxication in the 6100 block of Kidwell Lane.
On 9/8/15, Deputy Griffith arrested Charles Lee Curry, 35 of Fredericksburg, on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant out of Georgia, while conducting a traffic stop in the area of Mine Rd. & Falcon Drive.
On 9/8/15, Deputy Plunkett arrested Brian Roger Small, 35 and Daniel Eli Dillon, 36 of Spotsylvania, in the area of Chancellor Center, for Drunk in Public,
On 9/9/15, Sergeant Assur arrested Leon Smith, 25 of Spotsylvania for Disorderly Conduct and False Report to Law Enforcement. The arrest occurred in the area of the Food Lion at Courtland Commons.
On 9/11/15, Deputy N. Ridings arrested Christopher Beckner, 18 of (no fixed address), for Trespassing, at the Super Value Inn. He was also wanted on a warrant out of Spotsylvania.
On 9/12/15, Deputy Baugh arrested Christopher Berrios, 26 of Spotsylvania and Michael Bowie, 25 of Spotsylvania for Disorderly Conduct. Trevor Kelley, 21 of Stafford, was released on a summons for brandishing. The incident occurred at the Day’s Inn.

Theft
On 8/24/15, Detective Friedman obtained warrants for Obtaining Money by False Pretense, Credit Card Fraud, Petit Larceny, and Conspiracy against Antony Danso, of Maryland. This was the result of an investigation into credit card fraud at DTLR and Gamestop. Danso was apprehended by PG County, Maryland PD.
On 8/24/15, Deputy Fuller released Christine Stieglbauer, 54 of Unionville on a summons for Shoplifting at Wal-Mart.
On 8/25/15, Sgt. Belcher released Karly Tamulonis, 19 of Ruther Glen on a summons for Shoplifting at Wal-Mart.
On 8/25/15, Sgt. Belcher released Shannon Baird, 28 and Tommy Coffman, 27 both of Spotsylvania, on a summons for Shoplifting at Wal-Mart.
On 8/29/15, Deputy Coerper arrested Darrell Duckett, 25 and Michael Ratliff, 26 for Grand Larceny from Belk.
On 8/30/15, Deputy Basil released Mariah Spencer, 20 and Tashauna White, 20 both of Spotsylvania, on a summons for Petit Larceny Shoplifting at Wal-Mart.
Assault
On 8/24/15, Deputy Hahn arrested Rafael Romero, 46 of Spotsylvania, for Assault.
On 8/25/15, Deputy Setlock arrested Marlon Gill, 41 of Spotsylvania for Assault and Battery on Toll House Rd.
On 8/26/15, Deputy Buccola arrested Joseph Levorn Pollard, 23 of Spotsylvania, in the 9000 Block of Birch Cliff Drive for Strangulation, Assault and Battery, and Destructionn of Property.
On 8/28/15, Deputy Basil arrested Tammy Stempin, 42 of Spotsylvania, for Throwing a Missile at an Occupied Vehicle. Offense occurred at Courthouse Road and Hood Drive.
On 8/30/15, Deputy Baugh arrested Phillip Maurice King, 30 and Dustin Willis, 31 of Culpepper County, for Assault and Battery.
On 8/30/15, Deputy Norris arrested Kristin Beasely, 25 of Spotsylvania, for Assault and Battery.
On 8/30/15, Deputy Hansinger arrested Brandon Wood, 24 of Spotsylvania, for Assault and Battery.
DUI
On 8/25/15, Deputy Pearce arrested Justin Gross, 25 of Locust Grove, for DUI after performing a traffic stop at Jones Lumber Yard for a defective headlight. Deputy Pearce also arrested Elliott Fox, 30 of Spotsylvania, for Possession of Heroin.
On 8/28/15, Deputy Owens arrested Daryl Byrd, 36 of Spotsylvania for DUI after responding to a reckless driver and a traffic stop performed by a State Trooper at Mills Drive and Old Dominion Parkway.
On 8/30/15, Deputy Plunkett arrested Sean Wilson, 28 of Spotsylvania, for DUI.
On 8/30/15, Deputy Arndt arrested Milton Ford, 78 of Spotsylvania for DUI and Hit and Run after responding to the area of 9900 block of Gordon Road for a traffic accident in which one of the subjects had fled the scene.
Narcotics
On 8/24/15, Deputy Setlock arrested Robert Fauntleroy, 49 of Tappahannock for Drunk in Public and Possession of Marijuana after responding to the Tidewater Trail Food Lion for a dispute.
On 8/24/15, Deputy Collins arrested Travis Blair, 33 and Judith Quail, 20 for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Both are residents of Spotsylvania County. Both were released on a Summons.
On 8/25/15, Deputy Hahn arrested Pamela Loving, 30 of Spotsylvania, for Possession of Controlled Substance/No Prescription.
On 8/28/15, Deputy Griffith arrested Sean Sullivan, 36 and Dustin Willis, 31 both of Spotsylvania, for Drug Paraphernalia. Each was released on a Summons.
On 8/28/15, Deputy Cairns released Grafton Shelton, 51 of Spotsylvania, on a summons for Possession of Marijuana after conducting foot patrol at the Super Value Inn and smelling marijuana coming from his room.
Arrests
On 8/24/15, First Sgt. Bryner arrested Mark Powell, 55 of Woodford, Virginia on two outstanding warrants from Spotsylvania and open warrants from Caroline and Fredericksburg. The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop regarding speeding on Lansdowne Rd.
On 8/25/15, Deputy Tittle arrested Sylvester Jasper, 38 of no fixed address, for Indecent Exposure and Masturbation in Public, after responding to Dicks for a male masturbating on the bench out front.
On 8/25/15, Deputy Norris arrested Vickie Mae Blankenbaker, 30 of Spotsylvania, on a warrant for a Violation of Probation.
On 8/25/15, Deputy Norris arrested Tabatha Dawn Truslow, 36 of Spotsylvania, on a Felony Larceny Warrant.
On 8/27/15, Deputy J. Morris arrested Angel Blaidmi, 30 of Spotsylvania for felony Hit and Run on Plank Rd.
On 8/29/15, Sergeant Babcock released Michael Murray, 29 of Quinton, VA on a Summons for Cruelty to Animals, after he left a dog in his vehicle, in the area of Gabes.
On 8/29/15, Deputy Setlock arrested Tre Wilson, 22 of Spotsylvania for Trespassing at the Sheetz on Lafayette Blvd., after being banned.
On 8/30/15, Deputy Cairns arrested David Hailey, 54 of Spotsylvania for Drunk in Public and Resisting Arrest, after responding to a disturbance in the 6100 block of Courthouse Road.
