<p><strong>Vandalism</strong>:</p>
<p>Costanzo, Attorney at Law, 1418 Princess Anne Street, 9/14, 8:30 a.m. A city resident reported that an unknown person shattered a window of the business. No suspects or witnesses at this time.</p>
<p>Regal Cinemas, 3301 Plank Road, 9/15, 10:45 p.m. A Spotsylvania County resident reported that an unknown person punctured holes into three tires on his work vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.</p>

<p>Parthenon Restaurant, 2024 Augustine Avenue, 9/15, 9:00 p.m. A city resident reported that he left his bicycle unattended outside of the restaurant for 10 minutes and, when he returned, his bicycle was gone. The bicycle is a blue and white NEXT mountain bike with a Schwinn rack on the back. No suspects or witnesses at this time.</p>
<p><strong>Arrests:</strong></p>
<p>Jason Littlejohn, 38, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of possession of a schedule I/II drug. Littlejohn was also arrested on a Fairfax capias.</p>
<p>Ginny Wynkoop, 21, of Spotsylvania County was arrested on a Caroline County warrant for domestic assault.</p>

<p>Tuesday, September 15, 2015</p>
<p><strong> Larceny</strong>:</p>
<p>Central Rappahannock Regional Library, 1201 Caroline Street, 9/14, 4:00 p.m. A city resident reported that he placed his cell phone on a desk in the computer lab and walked away for a few minutes. When he returned, his cell phone was gone. No suspects or witnesses at this time.</p>
<p>1400 block Franklin Street, 9/14, 6:00 p.m. A city resident reported that an unknown person stole her son’s bicycle out of her front yard. The bike is a red and black 20 inch BCA Freestyle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.</p>
<p><strong>Arrests:</strong></p>
<p>Jeremy Burrell, 27, of Ashland, Virginia was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana. Burrell was released on a summons.</p>
<p>Lintez Haskins, 28, of Tappahannock, Virginia was arrested on a charge of driving on a suspended license, 3rd offense. Haskins was released on a summons.</p>
<p><strong>Monday, September 14, 2015</strong></p>
<p><strong>Burglary:</strong></p>
<p>Fredericksburg Fair Grounds Auction House, 2400 Airport Avenue, 9/13, 7:15 a.m. An employee reported that an unknown person broke into the auction house and vandalized a vending machine, desk, and bookcase. A Dewalt drill was also missing. The investigation is ongoing.</p>
<p><strong>Motor Vehicle Theft:</strong></p>
<p>7-11, 1240 Jefferson Davis Highway, 9/12, 9:30 p.m. A city resident reported that she left her vehicle unlocked with the keys inside it and went into the store to make a purchase. When she exited the store, her vehicle was gone. The vehicle is a 1996 Volkswagen Jetta with a lowered suspension, ski-rack on the roof, a loud exhaust, and red mud flaps. The investigation is ongoing.</p>
<p><strong>Criminal Activity:</strong></p>
<p>200 block Hazel Ridge Court, 9/11, 3:30 p.m. A juvenile reported that she was waiting for the bus that morning when an unknown black male drove up and tried to strike up a conversation with her. When the juvenile got off the bus that afternoon, the same male was waiting for her and followed her to her building. The male is described as approximately 25 years of age, 5’6”, 150 pounds, and was wearing a white shirt and blue jeans. The suspect was also carrying a shopping bag.</p>
<p><strong>Larceny:</strong></p>
<p>7-11, 1240 Jefferson Davis Highway, 9/12, 12:30 a.m. A Stafford County resident reported that he placed his wallet on the checkout counter for a few minutes and when he went to reach for it, his wallet was gone. The suspect is described as 40 to 50 years of age, 5’10”, and 200 to 250 pounds. The suspect was wearing a white and blue striped shirt and blue pants. The investigation is ongoing.</p>
<p>Wawa, 1140 Carl D. Silver Parkway, 9/12, 5:00 a.m. An employee reported that an unknown person stole a motorcycle ramp from the bed of his truck. The suspect is described as a white male in a small dark colored car. The investigation is ongoing.</p>
<p>700 block Caroline Street, 9/12 10:30 p.m. A juvenile female reported that she placed her purse on the ground to take a photo. After taking the photo, the female left and realized later on she forgot to pick up her purse. A patrol officer located her purse and the female verified no items were missing from the purse except for $10 in cash.</p>
<p>1200 block White Street, 9/13, 10:30 a.m. A city resident reported that an unknown person unscrewed multiple bolts from the engine compartment in an attempt to disassemble her engine. No suspects or witnesses at this time.</p>
<p><strong>Graffiti:</strong></p>
<p>Embrey Power Plant, 1709 Caroline Street, 9/12, 9:00 a.m. A city resident reported that an unknown person used spray paint to mark graffiti on the power plant. No suspects or witnesses at this time.</p>
<p><strong>Arrests:</strong></p>
<p>Kiara Bevels, 18, of Stafford County was arrested on charges of possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, and giving false identification to law enforcement. Bevels was also arrested on a Spotsylvania County warrant for grand larceny.</p>
<p>Raynard Fox, 32, of Fredericksburg was arrested on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, and giving false identification to law enforcement.</p>
<p>Christian Landers, 44, of Middle River, Maryland was arrested on a charge of assault. Landers was released on a summons.</p>
<p>Davide Celano, 47, of Joppa, Maryland was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery.</p>
<p>Rebecca Gonzalez, 31, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery.</p>
<p>Joshua Parrish, 33, of Fredericksburg was arrested on an Orange County warrant for destruction of property. Parrish was released on a summons.</p>
<p>Jeanette Jones, 50, of Spotsylvania County was arrested on a Spotsylvania County warrant for failure to return rental property (felony).</p>
<p>Curtis Barnett, 73, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of assault by intimidation.</p>

<p><strong>Larceny:</strong></p>
<p>700 block Amelia Street, 9/10, 6:00 p.m. A city resident reported that an unknown person stole several garden-related items from his front porch and damaged a portion of his fence. No suspects or witnesses at this time.</p>
<p><strong>Assault:</strong></p>
<p>900 block Sophia, 9/11, 12:00 a.m. A Spotsylvania County resident reported that an unknown group of men approached him, did not say anything, and physically assaulted him. The investigation is ongoing.</p>
<p><strong>Vandalism:</strong></p>
<p>500 block Princess Anne Street, 9/10, 7:45 a.m. A city resident reported that an unknown person shattered the front passenger window of her vehicle. No items were missing from the vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.</p>
<p><strong>Arrests:</strong></p>
<p>Clinton Stanford, 61, of Fredericksburg was arrested on charges of domestic assault and battery, and public intoxication.</p>
<p>Timothy Taylor, 49, of Stafford County was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.</p>
<p>Michael Hart, 50, of Stafford County was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.</p>

<p><strong>Larceny:</strong></p>
<p>Burger King, 3052 Plank Road, 9/9, 9:00 p.m. An employee reported that she placed her cell phone on a table and left it unattended for twenty minutes. When she returned, her cell phone was gone. No suspects or witnesses at this time.</p>
<p><strong>Arrests:</strong></p>
<p>Bryan Berryman, 24, of Partlow, Virginia was arrested on a charge of concealing a firearm in an unsecured compartment. Berryman was released on a summons.</p>
<p>Breanna Worley, 21, of Partlow, Virginia was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana. Worley was released on a summons.</p>
<p><strong>Wednesday, September 9, 2015</strong></p>
<p><strong>Larceny:</strong></p>
<p>Gold’s Gym, 2380 Plank Road, 9/8, 9:45 a.m. A gym member reported that an unknown person used a rock to break the passenger side window of her vehicle and stole her purse, wallet, iPod, and other personal items from her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time. The investigation is ongoing.</p>
<p>Goodwill parking lot, 2380 Plank Road, 9/8, 8:00 p.m. A Spotsylvania County resident reported that an unknown person stole the front license place from her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.</p>
<p>Safeguard Financial, 1919 Princess Anne Street, 9/8, 12:00 p.m. The owner reported that an unknown person stole company checks and attempted to use them at local banks. The investigation is ongoing.</p>
<p>1400 block Caroline Street, 9/8, 7:45 p.m. A city resident reported that an unknown person stole his bicycle from his front yard. The bicycle is a white Schwinn Landmark cruiser with grey markings, has distinctive wide beach cruiser handlebars, and a large storage rack on the rear fender. No suspects or witnesses at this time.</p>
<p><strong>Arrests:</strong></p>
<p>Jametrias Edwards, 27, of Spotsylvania County was arrested on a charge of shoplifting (felony).</p>
<p>Felicia Parker, 38, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of shoplifting. Parker was released on a summons.</p>
<p>Mary Rice, 46, of Quantico, Virginia was arrested on a charge of shoplifting (felony).</p>
<p><strong>Tuesday, September 8, 2015</strong></p>
<p><strong>Robbery</strong></p>
<p>Dollar Tree, 3061 Plank Road, 9/5, 10:00 p.m. Two employees and one other male were leaving the business shortly after closing. As the manager was entering her vehicle, two unknown males ran toward her from the wood line. The manager locked herself in her vehicle and the suspects attempted to get into the vehicle. The two suspects then made the other two victims get on the ground and took a wallet, a backpack, and a bag of items purchased from the store. The suspects then fled on foot toward Sport and Health. One suspect is described as a young black male, approximately 5’7” – 5’8”, medium build and was wearing a black zip-up sweatshirt, blue jeans, and had a black bandana covering his face. The other suspect is described as a young black male, approximately 5’7” – 5’8”, medium build and was wearing a dark grey zip-up sweatshirt, blue jeans, and had a black bandana covering his face. The investigation is ongoing.</p>
<p><strong>Vandalism:</strong></p>
<p>Bill Buttram Photography, 3451 Fall Hill Avenue, 9/4, 10:00 a.m. An employee reported that an unknown person cut down four trees on the property. No suspects or witnesses at this time.</p>
<p>Fun Land, 1351 Central Park Boulevard, 9/6, 5:00 p.m. Three employees reported that an unknown person scratched the sides of their vehicles. No suspects or witnesses at this time.</p>
<p><strong>Larceny:</strong></p>
<p>Walmart, 1800 Carl D. Silver Parkway, 9/4, 6:00 p.m. A city resident reported that an unknown person stole the license plates from his vehicle. The resident reported the license plates were last seen on September 2, 2015. No suspects or witnesses at this time.</p>
<p>200 block Mayfield Avenue, 9/7, 10:30 a.m. A city resident reported that an unknown person stole her purse and other personal items from her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.</p>
<p><strong>Arrests:</strong></p>
<p>Jeone Coleman, 33, of Spotsylvania County was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, carrying a weapon while intoxicated, failing to stop at a stop sign, and refusal of a breath/blood test.</p>
<p>Sean Whiddon, 22, of Spotsylvania County was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended license, speeding 19 miles over the speed limit, possession of a motor vehicle title belonging to another vehicle, and failure to display two license plates.</p>
<p>Matthew McSweeneny, 21, of Greensboro, North Carolina was arrested on a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.</p>
<p>Albert Romick, 35, of Spotsylvania County was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.</p>
<p>Silvestre Frias-Tinajero, 21, of no fixed address was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.</p>
<p>Rodolfo Fias, 40, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.</p>
<p>Anthony Johnson, 38, of Spotsylvania County was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.</p>

<p>Samantha Krombholz, 27, of Locust Grove County was arrested on charges of shoplifting, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and felony possession of heroin.</p>
<p>Michael Sparks, 42, of Spotsylvania County was arrested on a charge of shoplifting. Sparks was released on a summons.</p>
<p>Laura Painter, 35, of Spotsylvania County was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, shoplifting, and felony possession of a schedule I/II narcotic.</p>
<p>Ashely Powell, 31, of Henrico County was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana. Powell was released on a summons.</p>
