<h1>Hoodie Robber Held Up Cabbie at Gunpoint in Parking Lot of Store</h1>
<p>FREDERICKSBURG, VA. – Fredericksburg Police report that a cab driver was held up by a man wearing a hoodie and armed with gun. The robbery took place at the 7- Eleven, 905 Lafayette Blvd, on 12/17 at 4:45 a.m. A cab driver reported that he was parked in the lot when a male subject approached his driver’s side window and asked him if he was available for a fare. When the driver said yes, the suspect reached in through the window and pointed a handgun at the driver, demanding his cash and cell phone. The driver complied and the suspect fled from the area on foot. The driver then ran inside the 7-Eleven and called 911. The suspect was described as a tall black male over 6’2”, approximately 250 pounds, and in his early to mid30’s. He was clean shaven and was wearing a white sweatshirt with a gray hood pulled over his head, dark gray shorts, and white shoes. Multiple officers, including a K-9 unit called to the scene, searched the area extensively but were unable to locate the suspect. The investigation is ongoing.</p>

<h1>It’s time to get the mud out so the women can wrestle!</h1>
<p>FREDERICKSBURG, VA. 800 Forest Village, 12/16 9:30 p.m. A 19-year-old female reported that she was assaulted by four other females in the parking lot, one of whom was armed with a knife. The fight reportedly stemmed from a dispute over the purchase of a cell phone. The suspects have been identified and the investigation is ongoing.</p>
<h1>Car Burglars</h1>
<p>200 block Wilderness Ln, 12/13 – 12/16 8:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole a firearm and computer tablet from his unlocked vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.</p>
<p>ARRESTS:</p>
<p>Raymond Morgan, 34, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.</p>
<p>Maria Rojas, 27, of Springfield was arrested on a warrant from Fairfax charging her with possession of narcotics.</p>
<p>Jody Scobie, 43, of Springfield was arrested on a charge of providing false identification to law enforcement to avoid arrest and on multiple warrants from Shenandoah and Rockingham Counties charging him with probation violation.</p>
<p>Daniel Runnels, 31, of Fredericksburg was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of stolen property and on warrants from Stafford County charging him with forgery, possession of stolen property, identity theft, and other charges.</p>
<p>Bruce Courtney, 55, of Bowling Green was arrested on warrants from the Virginia State Police charging him with multiple counts of distribution of schedule I,II narcotics and possession of a firearm while distributing narcotics.</p>
<p>Markieth Hunter, 49, of King George was arrested on a charge of possession of schedule I,II narc Fredericksburg police briefs and arrests for Dec. 16, 2014:</p>
<p>1600 block Lafayette Blvd, 12/12 – 12/15 9:00 a.m. A supervisor reported that an unknown person stole a license plate from a van owned by RACSB. No suspects or witnesses at this time.</p>
<p>Kohls, 1571 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 12/15 10:00 p.m. A customer reported that an unknown person smashed a window on his vehicle and stole two deposit bags full of cash and other items of value from inside the car. No suspects or witnesses at this time.</p>
<p>VANDALISM:</p>
<p>Old Mill Park, 2200 Caroline St, 12/14 – 12/15 7:00 a.m. A city employee reported that an unknown person damaged the landscaping around the entrance to the park. The investigation is ongoing.</p>
<p>2000 block Hilton Dr, 12/14 – 12/15 9:30 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person scratched and damaged his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.</p>

<p>Briana Williams, 18, of Falls Church was arrested on a charge of indecent exposure and released on a summons.</p>
<p>Ryan Newbraugh, 18, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a charge of indecent exposure and released on a summons.</p>
<p>Stuart Haga, 30, of no fixed address was arrested on charges of felony shoplifting and possession of heroin, as well as on multiple charges from Stafford County charging him with shoplifting.</p>
<p>Jason Pratt, 32, of Fredericksburg was arrested on charges of domestic assault and battery and simple assault.</p>
