<p><strong>The following reports of arrests, citations and incidents are reported by the Maryland State Police:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Possession of Marijuana:</strong> On 10/23/14 at 1:50 am, Trooper First Class Lewis stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Rt. 4 near Brickhouse Rd. in Dunkirk. The odor of marijuana was emitting from inside the vehicle. Andrea M. McCamey, 23 of Huntingtown, was arrested for possession of marijuana in the amount of less than 10 grams. McCamey was issued a Civil Citation and released.</p>

<p><strong>Fugitive From Justice:</strong> On 10/23/14 at 12:48 pm, <strong>Trooper First Class Esnes</strong> stopped a vehicle in the Calvert Memorial Hospital parking lot after a query of the registration and driver information revealed the driver, <strong>Dennis J. Morgan</strong>, 49 of California, Maryland, had an open warrant through the State of Virginia. Morgan was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.</p>

<p><strong>Possession of Prescription Pills:</strong> On 10/24/14 at 11:40 am, Trooper First Class Oles responded to the Holiday Inn Express in Prince Frederick for a report of suspicious drug activity in the parking lot. A hand to hand drug transaction was observed. Rachel M. Pitcher, 25 of Broomes Island, and <strong>Tyler D. Ricchiuto, 23 of Huntingtown</strong>, were arrested for exchanging prescribed narcotic drugs. Pitcher and Ricchiuto were incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.</p>
