for a reported burglary which had just occurred&period; Deputies determined two black male suspects&comma; dressed in all dark clothing and wearing face masks&comma; forced entry to the residence&period; 2014&comma; at approximately 1&colon;45 a&period;m&period;&comma; detectives from Northern District’s Tactical Patrol Unit &lpar;TPU&rpar; were conducting surveillance in the area of Townsend Avenue in reference to drug activity&period; During their surveillance&comma; detectives conducted a traffic stop on Ritchie Highway and 11th Avenue&period; As a result&comma; detectives seized 65 capsules of heroin &lpar;18&period;98 grams&rpar; with an approximate street value of &dollar;2&comma;280 along with 1&period;90 grams of marijuana&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Suspect&colon; <strong>Tyrell Obrian Walters<&sol;strong>&comma; 29&comma; of 861 Herndon Court&comma; Baltimore&comma; Md&period; The suspect was charged with Possession with the intent to distribute heroin&comma; Possession of CDS heroin and Possession of marijuana&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>On Sept 3&comma; 2014&comma; detectives from Northern District’s Tactical Patrol Unit &lpar;TPU&rpar; were conducting surveillance in the Pumphrey area due to several neighbor complaints of drug activity&period; While conducting their surveillance&comma; detectives observed what they believed to be a drug transaction&period; Detectives conducted a traffic stop on the suspect vehicle on Gibbons and Belle Grove Road&period; As a result&comma; detectives seized 17 individual baggies of crack cocaine valued at &dollar;170&period;00&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Suspect&colon; <strong>Samuel Webster Smith<&sol;strong>&comma; 19&comma; of 1130 Cleveland Avenue&comma; Baltimore&comma; Md&period; The suspect was charged with Possession with the intent to distribute crack cocaine and Possession of CDS crack cocaine&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<h1>Knittle&comma; wanted by police&comma; spotted by trooper<&sol;h1>&NewLine;<p>GREAT MILLS&comma; MD&period;  – On Friday&comma; September 5&comma; 2014 at 3&colon;23 pm&comma; TFC S&period; Ditoto observed <strong>Anthony John Knittle<&sol;strong>&comma; 31&comma; of Great Mills&comma; walking on St&period; George’s Drive at St&period; Leonard Circle&period;  TFC Ditoto knew  Knittle was currently wanted through the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack for two bench warrants&period;  TFC Ditoto made contact with Knittle and arrested him for the warrants&period;  A further check revealed he was also wanted through the St&period; Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office and Charles County Sheriff’s Office&period;  A search incident to arrest revealed suspected CDS&period;   Knittle was transported to the St&period; Mary’s County Detention Center&comma; where he was charged accordingly for the CDS and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<h2> No Gray Area for this DUI-Drugged Driver<&sol;h2>&NewLine;<p>Drug Arrest – On Tuesday&comma; September 9&comma; 2014 at 5&colon;21 pm&comma; Tpr&period; Oyler responded to the area of Route 5 and Route 245 to attempt to locate a blue passenger car involved in a hit and run accident&period;  Tpr&period; Oyler located the vehicle at Route 243 and Port of Leonardtown Park and made contact with the driver&comma; <strong>Kristopher Brenton Gray<&sol;strong>&comma; 27&comma; of Leonardtown&period;  Tpr&period; Oyler observed a pill bottle in Mr&period; Gray’s possession and had him exit his vehicle for further investigation&period;  A probable cause search led to the recovery of CDS&comma; paraphernalia&comma; and US currency&period;  Mr&period; Gray was arrested and transported to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack for Standardized Field Sobriety testing&period;  He was then transported to the St&period; Mary’s County Detention Center&comma; where he was charged with Possession of CDS with Intent to Distribute&comma; Driving Under the Influence of Drugs&comma; and related charges&period;  He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<h1>            Stuporific Dad was at school to pick up kid<&sol;h1>&NewLine;<p>LEXINGTON PARK&comma; MD&period;  – According to the Maryland State Police on Wednesday&comma; September 10&comma; 2014 at 4&colon;00 pm&comma; Tpr&period; Krenik responded to Lexington Park Elementary for a reported intoxicated parent attempting to pick up his son&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Tpr&period; Krenik made contact with the parent&comma; <strong>Garrett John Dugan<&sol;strong>&comma; 49&comma; of no fixed address&comma; who advised he had driven his vehicle to the school to pick up his child&period;  Mr&period; Dugan performed Standardized Field Sobriety Testing and submitted to a Preliminary Breath Test&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>He was arrested and charged with Alcoholic Beverage – Intoxicated Endangerment and transported to the St&period; Mary’s County Detention Center&period;  He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner&period;  The Department of Social Services responded to the scene and took custody of the child until the mother could respond from out of state&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<h1>            Pot Packing and Puffing Noticed by Police<&sol;h1>&NewLine;<p>CALIFORNIA&comma; MD&period; – Maryland State Police report that on Thursday&comma; September 11&comma; 2014 at 7&colon;00 pm&comma; Tpr&period; Oyler initiated a traffic stop on a black passenger vehicle on Route 235 and First Colony Way&period;  A probable cause search was conducted&comma; resulting in the recovery of CDS&period;  The driver&comma; <strong>David Francis Garcia&comma;<&sol;strong> 21&comma; of Great Mills&comma; was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia&period;  He was transported to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack for processing and later released&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<h1>Driving goes better when using drugs<&sol;h1>&NewLine;<p>HOLLYWOOD&comma; MD&period; – Police report that on Friday&comma; September 12&comma; 2014 at 3&colon;57 pm&comma; Tpr&period; Oyler initiated a traffic stop on a gold passenger car in the area of Route 235 and Route 245 for a minor traffic infraction&period;  A probable cause search was conducted&comma; resulting in the recovery of CDS&period;  The driver&comma; <strong>Nicole Babette Smith&comma;<&sol;strong> 48&comma; of Lusby&comma; was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS – Not Marijuana&period;  She was transported to the St&period; 36&comma; of Lexington Park&comma; had assaulted a female victim&period;  He was arrested and charged with Assault – Second Degree and transported to the St&period; Mary’s County Detention Center&period;  Mr&period; On Sunday&comma; September 14&comma; 2014 at 5&colon;00 pm&comma; the Maryland State Police report that Cpl&period; Hunt responded to the 43000 block of Yellow Wood Way for a check welfare&period;  Cpl&period; Hunt made contact with the complainant&comma; who advised that <strong>Adam Thomas Wilkins<&sol;strong>&comma; 19&comma; of California&comma; had admitted to using CDS&period;  The complainant advised that he observed Adam’s level of intoxication worsen as time went on and called for police assistance and an ambulance&period;  Mr&period; Wilkins refused medical treatment and was arrested for CDS Possession – Not Marijuana and CDS Possess Paraphernalia&period;  He was transported to the St&period; Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<h1>Window breaking bozo spat on cop<&sol;h1>&NewLine;<p>MANASSAS&comma; VA&period;  – Prince William County police report that on September 15th at 10&colon;34PM&comma; officers responded to a residence located in the 10200 block of Winchester Ct in Manassas &lpar;20109&rpar; to investigate a disorderly complaint&period; The caller reported to police that the accused&comma; a known acquaintance&comma; was at the residence and was breaking windows in attempt to get into the home&period; Officers arrived at the residence and made contact with the accused standing outside&period; The accused was still actively breaking windows with a brick when officers approached him&period; At one point&comma; the accused began to charge towards the officers&period; He was eventually detained without further incident&period; While in custody&comma; the accused spat in the face of one of the arresting officers&period;
