Visiting Ships
Star-Spangled Spectacular will feature more than 30 naval vessels and tall ships from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Norway, Germany, Spain and Turkey. The ships arrive on September 10 and depart on September 16 with public visitation between September 11 – 15, generally from noon until 5:00 PM. This will vary to some degree from ship to ship. Please check individual ship pages by clicking any ship in the list below.
Getting to the Navy Ships Berthed at North Locust Point
The naval ships at North Locust Point are in a secure zone. Visitors to these ships MUST go through security screening at the Inner Harbor Spectacular Shuttle Stop (at Light St. and W. Conway St.) and then board the shuttle as follows:
This shuttle will run from the Inner Harbor Spectacular Shuttle Stop (at Light St. and W. Conway St.) to North Locust Point, September 11-15. This shuttle will also return to the Inner Harbor.
Visitors who choose to stay and visit Fort McHenry may take a free shuttle from North Locust Point to Fort McHenry and then return to the Inner Harbor via the Fort McHenry shuttle (only Sept 12-14) or the Charm City Circulator or MTA Bus #001, which will be running on regular schedules.
(Please note that the Fort McHenry shuttle will take visitors to Fort McHenry only, not to the ships at North Locust Point.)
Bag Policy
