Loudoun Police Beat: Kids running lemonade stand robbed by thug

ROUND HILL, VA.  —08/17/2014— The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office reports that two 12-year-olds were running a lemonade stand in the area of Evening Star Drive and Heights Circle in Round Hill on Aug. 14, 2014 when they were approached by an unknown male.

Police say the male asked if they could break a $20 bill. One of the juveniles handed the subject some money and he left the area, taking the money without handing over his twenty.

The subject was described as being a white male with olive skin in his late-teens. He was further described as having dark hair and a thin mustache. He was wearing light blue shorts and no shirt.
