Glen Burnie: cops snare multi-level marketing expert with cash, heroin and cocaine. On June 23, 2014, at approximately 8:50 p.m., officers from the Eastern District Tactical Patrol Unit were checking an individual known to have multiple warrants in the 400 block of Secluded Post Circle in Glen Burnie. Officers approached the person and he fled on foot, but was apprehended after a brief foot chase without incident. Upon searching the suspect, he was found to be in possession of a plastic baggie containing (1-1/2 oz.) heroin, (1 gram) cocaine, prescription medications (valued over $5,300) and over $1,600 in currency that was seized. The suspect was served the outstanding warrants and charged with drug possession and distribution. Suspect: Brian Douglas Hall, 26, of 1326 Cypress Street, Curtis Bay, Md
