<p><a href="https://www.the-chesapeake.com//wp-content/uploads/2014/04/Pinched-police-note-arrests.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-3419" src="https://www.the-chesapeake.com//wp-content/uploads/2014/04/Pinched-police-note-arrests-250x300.jpg" alt="Pinched police note arrests" width="250" height="300" /></a>OWINGS MILLS, MD. &#8212; According to police, on April 12, 2014, <strong>Baltimore County Police Department </strong>officers and several <strong>FBI agents</strong> were involved in a shoot-out in the 9700 block of Reisterstown Rd in Owings Mills. During this incident at least one FBI agent fired his weapon at a subject. The subject, an adult male, is deceased. A Baltimore County Police officer was with the FBI agents.<br />
This incident is being jointly investigated by the FBI and Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit.<br />
The FBI has identified the man killed Friday in Owings Mills in an FBI-involved shooting as <strong>Jameel O. Harrison</strong>, 34.</p>

<p><strong><em>From the FBI:</em> </strong><br />
Three FBI special agents with the Baltimore Division were involved in a shooting in the 9700 block of Reisterstown Road in Garrison, Maryland, on Friday, April 11, 2014. The special agents were working with other law enforcement officers on a drug investigation when they encountered the subject, who was in his vehicle. During the encounter, the special agents fired and shot the subject, who died as a result of his injuries.<br />
The incident is under investigation jointly by the Baltimore County Police Department, the FBI Baltimore Division, and the FBI Inspection Division, in accordance with FBI policy.<br />
Harrison has a long rap sheet and his most recent run-in with the law resulted in a guilty verdict for a drug charge. The leniency of the Judge in the matter likely left Harrison on the streets to pursue his criminal career. In the January verdict, Harrison&#8217;s six month sentence to jail was suspended, giving him the freedom needed to have him contact with the wrong end of the barrel of a gun. Now his career is over.</p>
