Rehoboth Beach, DE- The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and registration Unit (S.O.A.R) is currently looking for a Rehoboth Beach sex offender after he failed to re-register his current address.<br />
Investigators have obtained warrants on Dustin Manahan, who is a medium risk Tier 2 sex offender, after they learned that he failed to register his current address, and had not notified S.O.A.R. within 3 days as he is required to do by law.<br />
Dustin D. Manahan is described as a white male, 5’06” tall and 150 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes.<br />
