Biography:

Born in Oakley, Maryland, February 16, 1947. Attended Margaret Brent High School; Charles County Community College; St. Mary’s College, B.A., 1971, University of Baltimore Law School.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Legislative District 29 (D), St. Mary’s County, 1979-82. Chair, Charles and St. Mary’s counties delegation, 1980-82. Member, Joint Committee on Community and Economic Development, June 1979-January 1980; Subcommittee on Banking; Joint Committee on Insurance.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Real estate broker, appraiser, Brick House Realty, Inc. Served in U.S. Marine Corps; received Purple Heart, Vietnam service with cluster. Member, St. Mary’s Code Committee, 1977-78; St. Mary’s Citizens Advisory Council, 1976-78; Project Basic, 1977-79.
