Lt. Theodore Belleavoine reports that officers assigned to the COPS Unit were keeping a sharp eye on a suspected prostitute on Great Mills Rd and observed a male subject pull up next to her and initiate a conversation.
The female then walked into the Checkers Restaurant parking lot and sat in the front seat after the car parked. Police report that the subjects were then observed engaging in a sexual act. They were detained and the hooker was identified as Sherry Lynn King, 39, and a male who is being charged via criminal summons, which is the favor the police do so as not to put the John through the same arrest process as the hooker.
The deputies did not report as to whether the John got fries with that order.
