On 8/25/15, Deputy Tittle arrested Sylvester Jasper, 38 of no fixed address, for Indecent Exposure and Masturbation in Public, after responding to Dicks for a male masturbating on the bench out front.
Police say that after he had been placed in the officer’s cruiser, the subject attempted to hide approximately 45 grams of marijuana underneath the seat. Further investigation revealed the driver was in possession of brass knuckles, and both subjects had conspired to sell drugs in the area.
This case has all the earmarks of Blair being a rat on his fellow criminals in order to ditch his own charges. Either that or he had a collection of interesting photos of prosecutors.

Police say that the investigation into this incident has indicated that the victim had just returned from work and was sitting in his car when the suspects, who had come to the neighborhood to steal a car, approached him. The suspects pulled him out of the vehicle and took his wallet and cell phone. The victim was then shot with three different caliber guns.
For unknown reasons, Beard, operating a Chrysler Sebring, was traveling southbound on Interstate 95 when he crossed the travel lanes and drove into the shoulder. He struck the concrete barrier wall and traveled almost 200 feet along the southbound shoulder before striking the Ford F-150 and Fajardo who was standing on the shoulder at the rear of the pickup truck.

The Cool Kids Campaign is a non-profit organization devoted to improving the quality of life for children with cancer and their families. At the game, Governor Hogan appeared with his four friends, Andrew (5), Jack (6), Benjamin (8), and Emily (13), in the end zone to recognize September as Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
