The 'Floatin Condo' from Gloucester Va. arrived to pick up passengers at the City Dock during the Power Boat Show on Oct. 18, 2014. THE CHESAPEAKE TODAY photo
The Captain of the Floatin Condo demonstrated great ability in docking his vessel by himself. He used a remote control devise to calmly bring his yacht to the City Dock during fairly strong winds and crowded harbor conditions. Having bow thrusters were key to his success. Ability helps too.
