The State Police report TFC Nickerson is charged with driving under the influence, driving while impaired, failure to control speed to avoid a collision, reckless driving, and negligent driving.

The driver of the Dodge was identified as Tamara Moskowitz, 45, Baltimore, MD was transported to Medstar in Washington, D.C. with life threating injuries. A 13-year-old male child was a passenger in the Dodge and was flown to Children’s Hospital by Maryland State Police Aviation where he succumbed to his injuries.
